Business documents

Every sale leaves a trail of paper or files: who asked, what was ordered, what was charged and what was paid. These business documents are proof of each transaction, and the records they build satisfy the tax authorities and auditors. Paper 1 asks which document is a statement offering to buy goods: the purchase order.
