Billing questions
What is the difference between Yearly and paying for 12 months?
Yearly renews automatically each year until you cancel (save 20%). The 3, 6 and 12 month options are paid once and simply end: nothing renews and nothing needs cancelling. We email you 14 days and 3 days before a prepaid plan ends.
What is the processing fee?
Our payment processor charges 3.7% + $0.29 per payment, plus 15% GCT on that fee. It is worked out on the price after your discount and shown as its own line before you pay. For example, 12 months of Genius Learner Pro is $134.40 plus a $6.05 processing fee.
What happens when a prepaid plan ends?
Your account moves to the free Genius Starter plan. Everything you made stays in your library, and any past paper you unlocked stays yours. Renew before the end date and the new months are added after it, so you never lose a day.
Are past papers included in the paid plans?
Yes. Genius Learner Pro and Educator Pro include unlimited CXC, CSEC, CAPE and PEP past papers (fair use: 30 new papers a month; retakes never count). On the free plan you get 5 papers to keep, then $3.99 for each extra paper.
