My V.I.P. Academy is committed to providing students with qualified, capable, and caring instructors. To apply, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age 18 or over
All instructors must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
Academic Qualification
A university degree in your subject area, OR CSEC with at least 5 passes including Mathematics and English Language.
Fluent Communication
You must speak clearly and communicate complex ideas in plain, accessible language for your students' level.
Patient and Caring Nature
Teaching requires empathy. You must demonstrate genuine care for your students' progress, especially when they struggle.
Reliable Internet & Equipment
A stable broadband connection, a functioning camera, and a microphone are required for quality live sessions.
Subject Competency
You must demonstrate strong knowledge of the subjects you teach, especially at CSEC or CAPE level.
