Queries, forms and reports

Tables store data; three other objects put it to work. A form enters it, a query asks it questions and a report presents the answers. Paper 1 asks one query item most years: a criterion such as >= 05/11/2024 And <= 05/14/2024 picks the records from the 11th to the 14th, inclusive.

By the end of this page you can

  • Say what forms, queries and reports are for
  • Write query criteria with relational and logical operators
  • Add a calculated field and sort or group a report
